It’s interesting that among the greatest action films both of the 90s and in history, Speed isn’t mentioned enough. Truth is, it’s a fantastic action movie with very few, if any, flaws. You’ve got a great hero in Keanu Reeves, a phenomenal villain in Dennis Hopper, and a charismatic female lead in Sandra Bullock that isn’t your usual damsel in distress.
